Terms and Conditions

Contracts between Agenzia Adriamare snc and its customers are regulated by the following terms:

Photographs and descriptions of the flats in our brochure or on our website are subject to mimimal changes, which are not binding for contractual purposes.
 
  • The rental contract takes legal effect only once the customer has paid the deposit to confirm the booking which is 30% of the rental, and after the contract has been signed in duplicate. From the time of the initial booking, the Agency must hold the flat for a maximum of 10 days beyond which, if no deposit is received, the booking is considered cancelled, without obligation from Adriamare to advise the customer.
     
  • the rental period is the one indicated in the specific contract for the rental property. It is valid from the Saturday of arrival (after 4pm) to the Saturday of departure (by 10am). We accept a booking with a day of arrival and departure other than Saturdays only subject to availability and an increase in price of 10% of that shown on the price list. The properties are let only for the number of people stated in the contract, children included. In the event of the property being rented by groups of youngsters or those with pets both of which must be communicated to us when booking, the agency has got all rights (without any sanction against it) NOT to accept the booking or to request payment of a mandatory security deposit without incurring in any sanction (otherwise, the contract will be cancelled).
     
  • The customer must advise the Agency if the flat was not taken for use on the scheduled day. The Agency has the obligation to keep the rented flat reserved only for the 24 hours after the day of arrival specified in the contract. If the customer does not turn up in this time, the customer loses his deposit.
     
  • The payments are weekly and include the normal use of hot and cold water, electricity and gas.
     
  • The payments do not include:
    - the eventual visitors' tax
    - the cleaning at the end of the rental: EUR 40,00 for a two-room apartment, EUR 50,00 for a three-room apartment and EUR 60,00 for a four-room apartment, with a EUR 10,00 supplement per flat where pets or groups of youngsters are staying.
    - laundry: sheets and towels can be supplied for rent, at EUR 8,00 for double bed, EUR 7,00 for single bed, EUR 4,00 for a set of cotton towels. Tea towels are not available.
    - beds and cots can be added by previous agreement with the agency at EUR 50,00 per week for single bed, EUR 25,00 per week for the cot.
    - air conditioning (with EUR 5.00 paid daily where there is a general meter or, where there is a meter on the unit, 'pay as you use' applies) and expenses for heating (where present) in the low season.
    - EUR 250,00 mandatory security deposit per flat where pets are present, EUR 100,00 per person in the case of groups of youngsters, both to be paid when the keys are handed over.
     
  • Collection and hand over of the keys shall occur only in our Agency, which is open at the following times: 9,00 - 13,00//15,00 - 19,30 including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays with the exception of Ferragosto (15th August).
     
  • The customer must respect the building regulations in force and must give the flat back in the same state as they found it. The agency has the right to contact the customer even after his/her departure in case they should find any breakages, damage or missing items in the flat (the communication of which is mandatory by the customer. The cost of repairing breakages is at the agency's discretion.
     
  • In relation to the deposit and cancellation of the contract by the client, the following cancellation terms are applied: cancellation within 1 month - 60% of the deposit refunded, between 1 month to 15 days - 50%; between 15 days to 7 days - 10%; less than 7 days - no compensation.
     
  • In the case of a breach of contract by the agency, the maximum payment will be an amount equal to double the deposit paid.
     
  •  
  • In the case of the keys being retuned (due to valid reasons) before the expiration date of the lease, NO payment will be refunded.
     
  • The agency is not responsible for any thefts or damage suffered by clients, nor for any force majeure that would force the agency to cancel the booking.
     
  • The parties to this contract agree that any dispute which arises in relation to the meaning or execution of this contract shall be determined by the Foro (legal group) of Teramo  



  • Privacy

    Agenzia Adriamare will respect clients’ privacy and personal data. Adriamare will collect, file and use personal information only for the specific purposes of the rental. Personal information is not sold or communicated to third parties. Adriamare will protect the security of the client’s personal data, using appropriate procedures and measures. Personal data voluntarily provided by you will be used for the following terms:

    1. its use for annual issue of advertising material, sending of ordinary mail, bookkeeping.
    2. in relation to this treatment of your personal data, you will be able to exercise all rights as per article 13 law 675/1996 and in particular, if you wish us to cancel the data, contact us and we will do so immediately.
    3. The passing over of personal data is optional. However, the lack of information, even in part, for purposes as set out in point 1, will make it impossible for Adriamare to carry out its functions.
